Properties may be inspected to verify valuation and condition and photographed
4Information collected about you shall be contained in our agency files, and appropriate security standards are maintained to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Credit card and electronic banking account information are also safe guarded
5If coverage is declined, or your premium increased due to information in a consumer report, we will inform you as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We will also give you the name and address of the agency making the report
6Your privacy is our concern, and we understand the importance of confidentiality. Our employees are trained and required to maintain our privacy policies and procedures

Our affiliated insurance companies, and brokers
Lien holders, mortgages, lessors, or other persons having a legal or beneficial interest in your policy
